FAQ

Questions we get a lot

If your question isn't answered below, drop us an email or call. We'd rather have a quick chat than leave you guessing.

Bookings & collection

How fast can you collect?

Inside London & the South East we can usually be on-site within 60–90 minutes for an urgent dispatch. Nationwide same-day pickups typically go out within 2–3 hours of the booking. For next-day jobs, the cut-off is normally late afternoon — but tell us your need and we'll work to it.

What's the smallest job you take?

One pallet — or even one box if you need a courier-style same-day. There's no minimum order. We can also consolidate small consignments into a shared run when timing allows, which usually brings the price down.

How do I track my consignment?

You get a tracking link as soon as the vehicle is dispatched. The link shows live GPS, ETA updates, and any status changes (collected, in transit, delivered). Electronic POD lands in your inbox the moment we drop the load.

What if my collection or delivery time changes?

Tell us as early as you can. We'll adjust if there's still flexibility in the schedule. If a vehicle has already been dispatched, we may need to charge for the extra leg — but we'll always say so up front.

Insurance & compliance

Are you fully insured?

Yes — UK Operator's Licence, comprehensive goods-in-transit cover, and public liability insurance. Certificates available on request, and we're happy to share them before any contract.

What's the goods-in-transit limit?

Our standard cover applies to most consignments. For higher-value loads we can arrange extended cover — let us know the value at quote stage and we'll confirm the limit and any premium before we book.

Do you do FORS / CLOCS construction work?

Yes — we run FORS/CLOCS-aligned operations on construction contracts where the customer or the site requires it. Tell us at quote stage and we'll confirm the spec.

Do you handle hazardous goods (ADR)?

For limited-quantity dangerous goods we can move under standard rules. For full ADR we operate via vetted partners. Either way, declare the goods at quote stage so we can route the job correctly.

Vehicles & capacity

What size vehicles do you have?

Sprinter vans up to 44-tonne articulated trunkers. We size the vehicle to the load — see the Fleet page for the full list including HIAB, refrigerated, and flatbed options.

Tail-lift / HIAB available?

Yes to both. 7.5t and larger vehicles can be specified with tail-lift, and we have HIAB-equipped lorries for crane-assisted offload at sites without a forklift.

Can I get a dedicated vehicle?

Yes. For full loads, contract work, or jobs where the cargo can't be mixed with anything else, we'll allocate a dedicated vehicle and driver. Often the right answer for high-value or sensitive freight.

Coverage & international

Where do you cover?

Whole UK mainland, every day. Northern Ireland through our partner network. See the Coverage page for region-by-region detail.

Do you handle European or international freight?

Our trucks run UK domestic. For continental Europe and international we work with vetted forwarding partners and can manage the entire move including customs paperwork — single contact, single contract.

Payment & accounts

What are your payment terms?

One-off jobs are invoiced on completion. Account customers can have 14 or 30-day terms after a quick credit check. We accept BACS, debit/credit card, and direct debit.

Can I get a corporate account?

Yes — we'll open an account once we've completed a credit check and agreed terms. Single point of contact, monthly statement, consolidated invoicing if you prefer.

How do quotes work?

Send pickup, drop, weight, vehicle preference, and timing — we come back with a fixed price (not an estimate) within 30 minutes during business hours. Quotes are valid for 14 days.
